PIUS XI SPRING PREVIEW NIGHT - March 21
Prospective families are invited to come check out Pius XI Catholic High School at the Spring Preview Event on Tuesday, March 21 from 5:30 – 7:00pm! All middle school families interested in Pius XI are invited to attend Spring Preview! The event will kick-off at 5:30pm with a Q&A session hosted by current parents, students and staff. Our panel will discuss academic programs, school community and student life and help answer any questions families have. The evening will conclude with student-led tours from 6:15 – 7:00pm. Registration is required.
To register for this event, we ask that you create a Pius XI account on our Ravenna software system. Please see the steps below on how to create a Pius XI account and register for the event.
Creating a Pius XI Account:
Scroll down the page and you will see the various events available for registration. Both 7th grade shadow days and Spring Preview will be options for registration.
Do you have a 7th grade student who is interested in shadowing?
Pius XI invites 7th graders to shadow days February – April. Students will be paired with a current Pius XI student with similar interests and will participate in 3-4 classes and lunch. For more information and to register, check out the Visit Pius XI page and register today!

Creating a Pius XI Account:
- Click the yellow Pius XI Account and Event Registration button below.
- You will be redirected to Ravenna where you will create an account using an email address and password. (Note - If you are a returning family with an existing Ravenna account or you already created an account to apply and/or register for a shadow day or previous open house, you will log in using your existing password and email.)
- You will be asked simple demographic and school history questions. When completed, you will be directed to the Ravenna Dashboard Screen.
- From the Dashboard Screen, choose the green button that says ‘Apply to a School’. Choose Milwaukee as your region, and Pius XI Catholic High School will be one of the school options.
- Once you have chosen Pius XI Catholic High School, you will choose either the ‘Explore’ button or ‘Apply’ button. If you are ready to apply, you can proceed to start the application. If you want to visit Pius XI before applying, choose the ‘Explore’ button.
- Once you have gone thru the ‘Explore’ or ‘Apply’ page for Pius XI, you will go back to the Ravenna Dashboard Page where you will see your student’s name and a box with Pius XI Catholic High School. If you have already created an account, or have trouble reaching the Dashboard page, you may need to click a button in the upper left hand corner that says ‘Go Back To Applications’. You should see your student’s name and a box that contains Pius XI Catholic High School next to a ‘View Steps and Events’ Button.
